All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display products, materials, dimensions, and pricing accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, handcrafted production processes, or gemstone uniqueness. Such variations do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and do not guarantee delivery dates. By LÖF is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy below. Your purchase of any product constitutes acceptance of that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and content appearing on our website are owned by By LÖF and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, By LÖF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of our products.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our fine jewelry, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To qualify for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photographs of the damage.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing a replacement or store credit.

We do not offer refunds for natural variations in gemstones, metal patina, or handcrafted details.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item qualifies as damaged or defective as described above.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom pieces, bespoke commissions, engraved items, resized pieces, and any item modified at the customer’s request are strictly non-returnable.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged in transit:

Retain all packaging.
Document the damage with photos.
Contact us within 48 hours so we may initiate a claim with the carrier.

Final Determination

By LÖF reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as damaged or defective. Decisions are made at our discretion based on inspection and supporting evidence.
